About the Role

Red Hat is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead digital transformation for financial services industry (FSI) clients. You will act as a Trusted Advisor to CxOs and IT leaders, guiding them through technical, process, and organizational changes using open source technologies. The role balances maintaining mission-critical systems with accelerating innovation through containerization and enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

Develop persuasive, evidence-based stories to propose Red Hat solutions to executive leadership.
Analyze client business needs and regulatory requirements to formulate long-term IT strategies and roadmaps.
Lead account teams to align business challenges with technical solutions.
Design architectures that modernize IT operations, balancing legacy system efficiency with cloud-native and AI-driven innovation.
Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to identify and define client challenges.
Define optimal solution configurations using the Red Hat portfolio and demonstrate feasibility through PoCs.
Build strong relationships with CxOs and IT department heads to support business transformation decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
Systematize and share success stories and technical knowledge to improve organizational capabilities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in system proposal, consulting, design, or construction for enterprise clients.
Proven ability to build relationships with CxO and department head-level stakeholders.
Strong skills in consulting sales, discovery, and presentation.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise technology stacks including virtualization, cloud, containers, storage, RDBMS, middleware, ERP, and AI.
Self-directed learning mindset with a proactive approach to new technologies.
Strong drive for transformation and persistence in overcoming challenges.
