About the Role

We are seeking individuals to join our next-generation Red Hat consultant program, aiming to foster future leaders who will drive Red Hat forward. This special program focuses on nurturing passion and potential, not just prior experience, to cultivate the next generation of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Red Hat's next-generation consultant development program for the first year.
• Engage with program participants from other countries through remote and in-person interactions.
• Shadow and receive mentoring from experienced consultants.
• Support the construction of service operation and development platforms utilizing Red Hat products alongside veteran consultants.
• Acquire skills in key open source technologies like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Become an IT specialist who accelerates enterprise DX from both technical and cultural perspectives.
• Learn a broad range of technologies from applications to infrastructure.
• Contribute ideas and help solve complex problems.
• Collaborate openly to make a difference in the world of open source and beyond.

Requirements

• Strong passion and willingness to learn advanced open source technologies such as Linux and Kubernetes, as well as IT technologies like virtualization and AI.
• Enjoyment in simplifying complex systems through automation.
• Coding proficiency with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Experience in application development or programming is essential.
• Sincere commitment to addressing customer challenges and finding solutions together.
• Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and knowledge to advance your career.
• Ability to cooperate within a team and communicate smoothly in Japanese.
• Desire to work globally and proactively improve English communication skills through company activities.
• No aversion to English and a willingness to improve English proficiency, as the program includes joint learning and workshops in English with international peers.
• Ability to bring your best ideas, regardless of title or tenure.
