Responsibilities

  • Own campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and briefing through execution, testing, and optimization
  • Build and manage targeted customer journeys using our internally-developed Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)

  • Partner with creative teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused campaigns
  • Manage a portfolio of automotive brands, ensuring all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and objectives while maintaining consistent messaging across channels
  • Translate OEM initiatives (e.g., vehicle launches, sales events) into dealership-level campaigns
  • Stay current on automotive marketing trends and customer behavior
  • Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights
  • Lead testing and optimization strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across creative and development teams
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time campaign launches
  • Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related requests and support for your brands
  • Oversee template QA, ensuring accuracy prior to campaign deployment
  • Manage brand and legal compliance approvals
  • Ensure all campaigns meet quality and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably digital, lifecycle, or CRM marketing)
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solver who takes initiative and owns outcomes
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independent ownership with cross-functional teamwork
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record executing data-driven campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptable and able to maintain high-quality output under tight timelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in automotive, retail, or other high-consideration purchase industries
