Responsibilities

  • Execute warehouse operations and licensed pharmacist duties to ensure smooth warehouse operations and business management in compliance with relevant laws.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals systematically.
  • Manage and operate warehouse and delivery-related operations.
  • Record and manage administrative books in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
  • Process orders and payments to vendors using JDE.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) in response to legal amendments and provide training and guidance to related staff and 3PLs under the direction of the manager.
  • Report activities (KPIs) and issues (damaged/defective products) to the administrator.
  • Plan and implement cost reduction projects (MIP) with the support of supervisors.
  • Optimize processes in collaboration with 3PL and quality management teams.
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, etc., to achieve beneficial transactions and mutual satisfaction.
  • Respond to emergencies and urgent requests.
  • Comply with laws and regulations.
  • Register name with authorities as a site administrator.
  • Respond to internal and external audits by authorities.
  • Provide advice and guidance on pharmaceuticals to team members.

Requirements

  • Possess a pharmacist license.
  • Knowledge of business practices, Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, etc., in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Knowledge of logistics is a plus.
  • Communication skills to build smooth relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • OA skills (Word, Excel).
  • Beginner-level English skills.
