Responsibilities
- Understand and execute fulfillment strategy to optimize transport, storage capacity and labeling.
- Provide advice to members on storage and delivery quality.
- Execute warehouse work to ensure smooth operations while complying with laws and regulations.
- Implement projects to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
- Plan and execute projects for efficiency improvement or cost reduction.
- Optimize relabeling and repackaging operations within global Fulfillment.
- Create and maintain an environment compliant with internal rules and regulations (GMP, GXP, CQP, PAL, SOX, Waste Management Method, Trade Control Order, etc.).
- Create and maintain a high-quality and accurate warehouse operation environment (Storage, Loading and Unloading).
- Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.
- Understand and manage the fulfillment team budget.
- Lead EHS activities at the Tokyo plant and warehouse.
- Lead BOS activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of logistics solution design experience and/or logistics operations management in warehousing or transport within the medical industry.
- Knowledge of business practices and Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
- Medical and Pharmaceutical industry background.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or EMS (Toyota Kaizen Method).
- English communication skills to build smooth relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
