Responsibilities

Understand and execute fulfillment strategy to optimize transport, storage capacity and labeling.
Provide advice to members on storage and delivery quality.
Execute warehouse work to ensure smooth operations while complying with laws and regulations.
Implement projects to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
Plan and execute projects for efficiency improvement or cost reduction.
Optimize relabeling and repackaging operations within global Fulfillment.
Create and maintain an environment compliant with internal rules and regulations (GMP, GXP, CQP, PAL, SOX, Waste Management Method, Trade Control Order, etc.).
Create and maintain a high-quality and accurate warehouse operation environment (Storage, Loading and Unloading).
Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.
Understand and manage the fulfillment team budget.
Lead EHS activities at the Tokyo plant and warehouse.
Lead BOS activities.

Requirements

5+ years of logistics solution design experience and/or logistics operations management in warehousing or transport within the medical industry.
Knowledge of business practices and Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
Medical and Pharmaceutical industry background.
Knowledge of Six Sigma or EMS (Toyota Kaizen Method).
English communication skills to build smooth relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
