About the Role

As a Senior Principal Solutions Architect within the Professional Services team, you will lead technical engagements for large-scale AI infrastructure. You will translate complex business requirements into end-to-end technology solutions, driving strategic, operational, and financial goals for clients through expert consulting and system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical engagement, including project evaluation, architecture design, strategy, and planning.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead quality assurance activities for large-scale projects.
• Provide management, OJT, and training for technical staff on large-scale projects.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Dell Technologies products, integrated functions, and related environments.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends.
• Lead presentations for executive-level clients.

Requirements

• Experience designing and building Linux-based GPU clusters (Ubuntu, RHEL, kernel compilation, container applications, and security).
• Experience in infrastructure design and construction (3-tier architecture: server BIOS/PCI, L2/3 networking, block/file storage).
• Experience with infrastructure management software such as Zabbix, Nagios, or OpenManage Enterprise.
• 12-15 years of relevant experience in a professional role.
• Advanced technical documentation skills for client-facing materials.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Advanced understanding and application of project management concepts and methodologies.
• Business-level English proficiency for technical and business conversations.
• Ability to travel domestically for client engagements.
