About the Role

As a healthcare consultant, you will provide lead healthcare consulting advice and support to a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on private medical insurance schemes and other health-related benefit programs. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of workplace health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consultative advice to clients around the design, delivery, and ongoing management of their health-related benefit programmes.
  • Interact effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ensure quality standards and deadlines are met at all times as part of account teams.
  • Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Meet chargeable hours targets.
  • Meet sales targets in terms of developing existing client relationships and securing new client appointments.
  • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
  • Ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate.
  • Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes.
  • Analyze data to draw conclusions and identify trends in a logical, systematic way.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and other research; provide value-added analyses and summaries.
  • Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
  • Collate and prepare client deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience in providing lead healthcare consulting advice and support to corporate clients.
  • Experience with private medical insurance schemes (community and experience rated).
  • Experience with other health-related benefit programs.
  • Ability to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as part of account teams and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver projects to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ability to meet chargeable hours targets.
  • Ability to meet sales targets.
