As an Operations Team Member at Gateway Services, you will play an essential role in daily operations, preparing pets and memorial products with exceptional care and attention to detail. You will operate specialized equipment, create personalized memorial items, and ensure families receive exceptional service during an emotional time.
Responsibilities
- Preparing pets (cremations) and memorial products with exceptional care and attention to detail
- Operating specialized equipment safely and efficiently
- Creating personalized memorial items, including urns, paw prints, and keepsakes
- Packaging and preparing memorial products for return to veterinary partners and families
- Maintaining accurate documentation and quality standards
- Supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Working collaboratively with your teammates to ensure every family receives exceptional service
Requirements
