  • Plan and execute lead generation and promotion strategies, including direct outreach, email marketing, social media, and advertising, designing customer journeys that lead to lead acquisition and optimizing nurturing scenarios using MA tools.
  • Plan and execute web content, landing pages, and advertising campaigns linked to events, maximizing engagement across digital channels (SEO/SEM, display ads, social media ads) before and after events.
  • Lead on-site event operations and management, including setup, execution, and troubleshooting, ensuring a comfortable environment for participants, speakers, and staff.
  • Analyze post-event reports, including participant data, lead acquisition numbers, MQL/SQL progress, and digital campaign KPIs (CVR, CPL, engagement rates), reporting findings and proposing improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Over 1 year of experience in planning, executing, and evaluating corporate events (exhibitions, seminars, conferences).
  • Project management experience, including managing and advancing multiple concurrent tasks while engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in event budget planning, management, and contract negotiation/management with external partners.
  • Over 1 year of experience planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, or landing page creation.
  • Experience in understanding the customer's purchasing process through collaboration with sales or direct sales experience, and designing initiatives with a focus on MQL to SQL/deal conversion.

Skills

  • Understanding of and interest in IT/security industry product/service structures and market trends (cloud, SaaS, network, digital marketing).
  • Logical thinking and planning skills to design events based on 'who, why, and what to deliver'.
  • Communication skills to facilitate smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Management) and external vendors.
  • Experience operating MA/SFA tools (D365, Marketo, HubSpot), BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and ad management tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
