About the Role
Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Works collaboratively with partners to achieve business objectives and enhance customer experience. Welcomes and guides customers, offering advice on digital and self-serve options for easy banking. Acts as a lobby leader, conducting client conversations and recommending banking services and investment advice. Meets customer transaction needs with seamless execution, reviews customer profiles, and engages in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs. Contributes to branch business results and customer experience, supporting operational activities. Acts as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team, probing for customer needs and integrating marketing promotions. Organizes work for accuracy and completeness, taking initiative for creative and personal customer experiences. Contributes to business results and overall experience, potentially working at multiple branches with a flexible schedule. Follows risk and compliance processes, keeping current with the financial services marketplace and ethical requirements. Maintains knowledge of personal banking products and trends, identifying and reporting suspicious activity. Complies with legal and regulatory requirements, protecting bank assets. Completes complex tasks, analyzes issues, and escalates as needed, with potential for broader accountabilities. Takes measured risks within the Risk Management Framework, making sound, risk-informed decisions.

Requirements
- Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (must be completed within 12 months) - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, Smart phones, online tools, and applications.
- Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
- Passionate commitment to helping customers.

Salary/Compensations
- $44,300.00 - $66,400.00
- Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
- For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
