About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for families, students, and instructors in the Special Education Tutoring program, focusing on case management, scheduling, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a caseload of families, building trust and addressing inquiries.
- Conduct intake calls with new families and set clear expectations.
- Build and manage class schedules across multiple students, teachers, and platforms.
- Proactively communicate with families regarding scheduling, progress, and concerns via multiple channels.
- Monitor student progress and escalate concerns to appropriate specialists.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth session delivery.
- Navigate multiple software systems daily, including scheduling, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and CRM/case management tools.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with families.
- Support basic oversight of IEP/504 accommodation compliance (training provided).
Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-comfortable and ready for virtual meetings with a working camera, headset, and professional space.
- Ability to move between multiple platforms (spreadsheets, scheduling tools, video conferencing) without friction.
- Professional demeanor, organized, reliable, and composed under pressure.
- Comfortable learning and using multiple software platforms (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office required).
- Reliable high-speed internet, a working webcam, and a headset/microphone for virtual meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
