About the Role

As a Data Administrator or SAP Administrator, you will significantly support the transition to a new SAP-based way of working during the SAP implementation at the Cargill site in Berlin-Reinickendorf (August 2026 to February 2027). Your goal is to ensure stable system usage and sustainably support the implementation. You will focus on entering, checking, and maintaining data in SAP, ensuring high data quality. After basic system training, you will work closely with system administrators to ensure smooth operation in the production environment. You will also support daily operations, stabilize new processes, and contribute to the transparency and efficiency of plant operations. You will act as a support contact for SAP-related questions and assist in optimizing the new way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Support SAP-based processes in the production environment
  • Act as a contact person for SAP-related questions and coordinate with system administrators
  • Participate in the stabilization and optimization of processes
  • Daily checking, validation, and correction of production and process data
  • Ensure data quality and document deviations/transfer errors
  • Support the evaluation of relevant production data
  • Assist with the completion of production orders
  • Check completeness and system integrity
  • Validate production quantities and loss reports
  • Monitor and reconcile warehouse movements with production activities
  • Control and correct production-related inventories
  • Perform data corrections and escalate complex issues
  • Contribute to stable system usage and efficient production processes
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial, business, or IT-related vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk, IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in analyzing, preparing, and evaluating data
  • Proficient use of reporting tools and creation of meaningful reports
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • High sense of responsibility and willingness to comply with safety, compliance, and data protection regulations
  • Basic English language skills
  • Knowledge in process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Experience in system testing, data validation, or SAP implementation projects
  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation
