About the Role

Speer Technologies is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Marketing Manager to define and scale the marketing function. This role focuses on B2B marketing, demand generation, and campaign strategy, with an emphasis on driving qualified inbound leads, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine market positioning, core messaging, value proposition, and campaign narratives.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, decision drivers, pain points, and buying triggers.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Create marketing content across multiple formats, including social posts, blogs, case studies, and sales enablement assets.
  • Build and optimize funnels from channel to sales handoff and close.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to strengthen market presence and generate leads.
  • Develop campaign concepts, messaging variations, creative briefs, and content themes.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Establish testing frameworks and track performance from click to close.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and strengthen pitch materials.
  • Focus on qualified pipeline, conversion rates, meetings booked, proposals created, and revenue influenced by marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, ICP development, persona creation, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience creating marketing content across various formats.
  • Experience generating qualified B2B inbound leads through multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of using social media, content, and campaign strategy to drive sales opportunities.
  • Ability to connect marketing performance to sales outcomes.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate ambiguous ideas into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
