About the Role
As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will be the face of our channels, daily managing our social media presence, building a visible community through genuine interaction, and bringing our projects to life via video. Your primary goal is to increase PIA's visibility daily.
Responsibilities
- Manage PIA's social media channels daily, focusing on Instagram and LinkedIn (Stories, Reels, and Posts).
- Conceive, shoot, and edit 4-6 Reels per week.
- Maintain a weekly editorial plan and develop new formats.
- Manage the community by responding to comments, DMs, and reactions.
- Engage visibly and meaningfully under posts from current and potential talents.
- Create initial touchpoints through genuine engagement and hand over warm leads to the team.
- Stay updated on trends and relevant creators in the DACH region.
- Edit Reels and Shorts for our channels using CapCut.
- Assist with editing new project formats.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Instagram with a strong sense for trends and formats.
- Proficient in Reels editing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools.
- Strong communication skills and a community-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and maintain a disciplined daily posting schedule.
- Fluent in German, with the ability to adopt a casual and approachable tone.
- Experience in the creator, agency, or influencer environment is a plus.
- Experience with community building, outreach, or social selling is a plus.
