Join Sydney Credit Union as a Casual Member Service Representative, a role focused on delivering exceptional service and helping members achieve their financial goals in a member-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service while accurately completing financial transactions
- Build strong relationships with members by listening, communicating effectively, and understanding their financial needs
- Recommend products and services that genuinely align with members’ goals
- Uphold commitment to ethical, member-centric service
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate member records
- Support outreach efforts through outbound calls to promote products and services
Requirements
- All offers of employment are conditional upon the successful completion of an Individual Fidelity Bond Application, including a criminal record check and credit check.
