About the Role
As a Regional Director, you will own and grow a strategic territory across Western Australia, partnering with technology and business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop new executive relationships and grow Info-Tech's presence across the Western Australian market.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from strategic prospecting through negotiation, close, and ongoing account growth.
- Lead consultative, value-based conversations with CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
- Identify client priorities and align Info-Tech's research, advisory, consulting, and diagnostic services to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive business development, referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and executive engagement.
- Deliver compelling executive presentations tailored to each client's strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with analysts, executive advisors, and subject matter experts to bring the right expertise to client engagements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce.
- Contribute market insights and client feedback to improve products, services, and go-to-market approach.
- Continue professional development through coaching, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, strategic account management, consulting, or business development with at least 10 years' experience working with complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with CIOs, senior technology leaders, and executive stakeholders, ideally across the Western Australian market.
- Consultative, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to understand business priorities, challenge thinking constructively, and connect technology initiatives to measurable organizational outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and executive presence, with the confidence to engage in strategic conversations while remaining authentic, approachable, and client-centric.
- Genuine sense of ownership and accountability; take responsibility for territory, clients, and results.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continually learn, ask thoughtful questions, and deepen understanding of technology, business, and leadership.
