About the Role
Urban Egg is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, ensure positive guest experiences, and manage daily transactions. The role involves overseeing operations, directing staff, and handling administrative tasks, with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Maintain an overall management style and professionalism in accordance with established best practices
- Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation
- Assist with team member scheduling
- Complete all duties assigned by GM and AGM
- Handle cash drawer balancing and ensure daily sales reports are processed in absence of GM
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Daytime and weekend availability, occasional evening availability for events
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to our team
