About the Role

ABACUS Plumbing is seeking experienced Residential and Commercial Plumbers with a valid Plumbing License. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment with continuous training and career growth support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform plumbing services for common and diverse emergencies.
• Perform water heater replacement and repair.
• Replace fixtures such as faucets, tubs, and toilets.
• Perform drain cleaning.
• Competently use conventional sewer machines.
• Prepare cast iron systems using Picote mini and maxi.
• Perform jetting of lines.
• Maintain all equipment.
• Complete lining and coating processes.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate quotes for replacements or repairs.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years of plumbing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Leak location and repair experience is a plus.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold, wet).
• Service Titan experience preferred.
