About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead 0→1 product development on a strategic new financial product. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring the product to life. This role requires strong instincts for complex financial workflows, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate user needs into valuable product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Vision: Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy from concept through launch and scale.
  • Translate the opportunity into a clear roadmap and drive alignment across the organization.
  • Lead 0→1 Development: Navigate new product development, including customer discovery, scoping, prioritization, iterative building, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Make crisp decisions in the face of uncertainty.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and GTM to ensure alignment.
  • Act as the connective tissue across teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Partner with GTM and leadership to translate new capabilities into positioning, sales enablement, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Understand how the product creates business value.
  • Define Success: Establish metrics for product health, adoption, and impact.
  • Use data to drive iteration and build feedback loops.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bring clarity through complexity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years at a Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and successfully launching complex new products, ideally in fintech, financial services, or data-intensive domains.
  • Experience building products that handle sensitive data with rigorous security, compliance, and access control requirements.
  • Strong technical acumen: ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, data pipelines, and architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Proven ability to operate with clarity and conviction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Sharp product sense and a high bar for quality.
