About the Role

As Product Marketing Manager, your work will have an immediate and meaningful impact and you will be supported along your career journey to take chances and grow into the professional you desire to be. Together, you will set the bar for best-in-class marketing practices and use them to maintain our position as the leader in legal practice management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolios, including positioning and messaging, new feature launches, adoption programs, internal team enablement, and other programs that help empower our customers to improve their operations.
  • Partner with product team counterparts to develop strategies that successfully bring new features to the market.
  • Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, payment operations, revenue operations and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product benefits.
  • Create stand-out product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace.
  • Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption and support retention.
  • Speak to and with customers to gain new perspective and feedback on our products.
  • Collaborate with customer insights, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to develop market research.
  • Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings with cross-functional teams.
  • Use data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to fuel the creation, testing, and implementation of initiatives for your product lines.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of product-line performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Results-driven marketer who can craft and execute on customer-centric marketing strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and utilisation.
  • Ability to uncover a story within both product and audience data to drive strategic approaches to campaigns and releases.
  • Comfort with numbers.
  • Deep understanding of customer pain points and needs.
  • Ability to communicate complex products in a compelling and impactful way.
  • Proactive to deliver against timelines and deadlines.

  • Experienced with at least 2-4 years of experience in product marketing.
  • Data-first approach, adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform recommendations on program strategies as well as audience segmentation, and substantiate approaches.
  • Strong writing skills to tell compelling stories.
  • Ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, balance them against company-wide implications, and design effective tactical approaches.
  • Intellectually curious, with a habit of uncovering opportunities, investigating the drivers, and predicting outcomes.
  • Agile and methodical in structuring work and prioritising as new opportunities arise.
  • Bias toward action, energized by making things happen and getting things done.
