About the Role

Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve goals. This role offers an opportunity to create lasting connections and make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities
