About the Role

As a Houseperson, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will extend beyond routine tasks, encompassing a variety of duties that enhance the overall guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting with room preparation, and ensuring that all common areas are neat and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Assist Housekeeping and Front Desk, as needed
Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, furnishings, flooring and working/public areas at all times
Follow written and verbal orders/requests
Manage time and tasks efficiently
Restock housekeeping supplies
Remove trash from garbage bins and sanitize garbage bins
Deliver items to guest rooms, as requested
Help all departments, as needed
Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Ensure that linen closets are stocked with all guest room supplies and collateral
Remove trash and soiled linens from Room Attendants carts throughout the day
Care for equipment and machines
Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements

Must exhibit a pleasing personality to ensure the highest level of guest service
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift at least 35lbs
Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
