Responsibilities
- Work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
- Engage in varied and rigorous consulting work, often performed at client sites.
- Collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines.
- Increase understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives.
- Develop new skills and experience to help in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.
Requirements
- MBA students from US schools scheduled to graduate between December 2026 – August 2027.
- Demonstrate success in academic and extracurricular activities, volunteer work, professional internships, or personal initiatives.
- Possess drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
- Fluent English is required for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside Quebec.
- Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec to communicate with colleagues and suppliers.
- Submit an application including a cover letter, résumé and most recent unofficial transcript.
- Complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA) within 24 hours of invitation.
