Responsibilities

Work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society.
Engage in varied and rigorous consulting work, often performed at client sites.
Collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines.
Increase understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives.
Develop new skills and experience to help in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.

Requirements

MBA students from US schools scheduled to graduate between December 2026 – August 2027.
Demonstrate success in academic and extracurricular activities, volunteer work, professional internships, or personal initiatives.
Possess drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
Fluent English is required for communication with clients, partners, and colleagues predominantly located outside Quebec.
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec to communicate with colleagues and suppliers.
