About the Role

Canopius is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Claims Adjuster with knowledge of handling complex claims in the London insurance market to join its Casualty Claims team. The role involves ownership of complex and high-value claims from first notification to resolution, delivering high-quality technical handling, strong stakeholder engagement, and exceptional customer outcomes. The individual will also act as a subject matter expert for the portfolio, providing guidance and technical support across the team.

Requirements

Knowledge of handling complex claims in the London insurance market.
Experience with General Liability, Product Liability, and Medical Professional Liability claims.
Experience handling US claims.
Experience handling International General Liability claims (potential future responsibility).
Experience handling UK Employers’ Liability claims (legacy portfolio).
