About the Role

The position provides high visibility to senior directors and significant responsibility early in one's career, with support from an experienced analyst team.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal STEM senior leadership and local project teams to establish project delivery requirements.
- Engage with clients, build relationships through project setup and delivery, and manage external requests and deadlines.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain MS Excel databases using source data.
- Analyze client data using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate key performance indicators.
- Pressure test source data and identify areas for investigation.
- Collaborate with Project leaders and local teams to interpret data and formulate action plans and recommendations for clients.
- Produce high-quality presentations and deliverables for clients using MS PowerPoint.
- Support analysis team members to meet client deadlines and drive team development and efficiencies.
Requirements
- Science-based degree in subjects with numerical emphasis (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience as an Analyst.
- Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders.
- Experience in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, driven, and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to grow in a dynamic environment and contribute to business development.
