About the Role

A great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced global pharmaceutical and life sciences auditing firm headquartered in the UK. This role offers the chance to collaborate with leading global pharmaceutical companies, develop a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, strengthen analytical skills, and gain insight into industry best practices. The position provides high visibility to senior directors and significant responsibility early in one's career, with support from an experienced analyst team.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal STEM senior leadership and local project teams to establish project delivery requirements.
  • Engage with clients, build relationships through project setup and delivery, and manage external requests and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain MS Excel databases using source data.
  • Analyze client data using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate key performance indicators.
  • Pressure test source data and identify areas for investigation.
  • Collaborate with Project leaders and local teams to interpret data and formulate action plans and recommendations for clients.
  • Produce high-quality presentations and deliverables for clients using MS PowerPoint.
  • Support analysis team members to meet client deadlines and drive team development and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Science-based degree in subjects with numerical emphasis (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience as an Analyst.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders.
  • Experience in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, driven, and ambitious with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to grow in a dynamic environment and contribute to business development.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
