About the Role
As part of North Strategic and Publicis Groupe Canada's growing Influencer practice, you will develop and deliver strategic, creative client programs, focusing on driving important and exciting content across all brand social platforms to influence, inspire, educate and engage your audience.
Responsibilities
- Help develop fully integrated communications including social media and influencer programs for world-class brands
- Support, create, and execute Influencer Marketing programs from start to finish, including sourcing influencers, handling contracting/negotiating, developing briefing materials, and managing the concept/content review process in collaboration with clients
- Manage multiple facets of client programs including research and insights, strategy development, campaign and creative execution, social advertising, analytics, and reporting
- Project manage and coordinate elements of campaigns
- Leverage metrics and research to define and track performance against client objectives
- Write social media posts, internal/external emails, client communications, and other communications
- Develop & track editorial calendars for Brand Channels and live event coverage
- Contribute to the direction of visual brand content based on client objectives, working with the creative team
- Maintain ongoing tracking and knowledge of industry & brand best practices for PR, influencer relations, and social media
- Participate in agency-wide brainstorming sessions
- Participate in client presentations and support new business pitches
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a PR or Influencer agency
- Genuine curiosity about how technology and innovation affects communication and evolves social behaviors
- Passionately committed to collaboration
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation, and communication skills; dynamic team player
- Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
- Willing to learn and grow in your career
- Superior time management and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage internal and external relationships, vendors, and agency partners
- Experience pitching, negotiation, and contracting influencers and/or content creators
- Comfortable hosting briefing calls with influencers/agents to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure
- Skilled at analyzing data, deriving insights, and building recommendations to help evolve client work
- Curious about AI and how it can amplify client campaigns
- Refined understanding of community management

- Effective measurement frameworks for social programs
- Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
