About the Role
Responsible for the design, marketing, and on-site execution of weekend social programming and special events at The Vault, in accordance with company standards. Curates and coordinates a calendar of creative, non-sports social programming and premium weekend parties, serves as a primary brand ambassador for weekend guests and high-profile clientele, and drives ticket sales and attendance through proactive outreach and marketing. Provides on-site coordination for casual weekend parties and designated weekday corporate events to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, design, and plan a weekly calendar of creative, non-sports social programming, casual gatherings, and premium weekend parties tailored specifically for The Vault.
- Curate unique, high-vibe event themes and formats that appeal to weekend social crowds, optimizing the venue’s premium amenities.
- Maintain a primary operational focus on maximizing space utilization and guest engagement during peak weekend hours (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Conduct outreach to corporate and social event planners to invite and schedule a tour of the Vault for the Relationship Management and Sales teams.
- Serve as a primary brand ambassador on the floor, proactively interacting, networking, and connecting with weekend guests and high-profile clientele to elevate their experience on weekdays.
- Manage the incoming guest inquiry pipeline via phone and email, responding to casual party requests with exceptional warmth, speed, and professionalism.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, promotional strategies, and outreach initiatives to drive ticket sales, attendance, and foot traffic for Vault programming.
- Conduct proactive community and corporate outreach to secure casual group bookings for weekend parties.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure digital, social media, and print assets align with upcoming event promotions.
- Act as the on-site point of contact and coordinator for all casual weekend parties from Friday through Sunday.
- Oversee the physical setup, atmosphere (lighting, music, video), and operational flow of events, troubleshooting any live issues to guarantee an effortless client experience.
- Provide onsite support for designated weekday corporate events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years’ experience in event planning, programming, or hospitality, preferably in a nightlife or social venue setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clientele.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (Friday through Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects under pressure.
- Ability to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgement in a live event environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, relationship management).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and client information.
