About the Role
Plumbers will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly on commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Install plumbing pipes and systems
- Inspect plumbing pipes and systems
- Repair plumbing pipes and systems
- Ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly
- Inspect plumbing and pipes
- Review blueprints and schematics
- Follow local and state plumbing codes
- Measure, cut, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings and fixtures using mechanical solder, brazing and pipe joining methods
- Use hand, measuring and power tools common to the plumbing trade
- Ensure installed pipes and systems pass inspections
Requirements
- Must have recent experience in commercial new construction plumbing and/or renovation
- Must have a current state-issued apprentice or journeyman plumbing license
- Must have hand tools required for plumbing
