About the Role

Plumbers will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing plumbing pipes and systems to ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly on commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing pipes and systems
• Inspect plumbing pipes and systems
• Repair plumbing pipes and systems
• Ensure all building fixtures are operating correctly
• Inspect plumbing and pipes
• Review blueprints and schematics
• Follow local and state plumbing codes
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes, tubes, fittings and fixtures using mechanical solder, brazing and pipe joining methods
• Use hand, measuring and power tools common to the plumbing trade
• Ensure installed pipes and systems pass inspections

Requirements

• Must have recent experience in commercial new construction plumbing and/or renovation
• Must have a current state-issued apprentice or journeyman plumbing license
• Must have hand tools required for plumbing
