About the Role
Manage daily fund operations, including system readiness, regulatory compliance, performance analysis, and communication with external partners. This role offers growth into high-stake projects and trading within a leading asset management firm, with opportunities to identify and implement AI/LLM-based automation for recurring tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily system readiness (OMS/PMS, Bloomberg, CTM).
- Monitor automations, identify, and resolve errors.
- Oversee recurring compliance checks and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Perform independent performance calculations and quantitative analyses.
- Manage communication with the capital management company, custodian banks, and external partners on trade-related matters.
- Participate in the launch of new products, fund listings, and share classes.
- Improve fund visibility and tradability.
- Undertake long-term projects and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for AI and LLM-based automation to redesign recurring tasks.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Investment Operations within liquid capital markets.
- Hands-on experience in Middle Office at an asset manager, KVG, bank, or fund service provider, with independent responsibility for trade processing, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
- Experience with market and trading systems; Bloomberg and CTM experience is a strong plus.
- Implemented initial AI/LLM use cases in daily work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, or a comparable qualification with solid operational experience.
