About the Role

As Club Food & Beverage Manager, you will embody Six Senses' vision of reconnecting people with themselves, others, and the world, upholding values of local sensitivity, global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsibility, fun, and pioneering wellness. Responsibilities

  • Create a culture of care within the department and beyond.
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment, management, and development of the Club F&B team.
  • Supervise and mentor the Restaurant & Bar service team, Host team, Private room, and co-working spaces team.
  • Collaborate with Membership & Programming Teams to ensure aligned vision and operational readiness.
  • Maintain positive and supportive relationships with the culinary and beverage teams.
  • Continuously assess and review products and services to ensure relevance, innovation, and alignment with Six Senses' wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to LQA standards through regular physical presence in the department.
  • Effectively manage guest complaints and service recovery.
  • Regularly inspect department and guest orders, ensuring timely action on maintenance and product improvements.
  • Lead a team to provide Six Senses' exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure restaurant amenities, menus, and wine lists remain relevant and aligned with Six Senses' wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Possess full knowledge of menus and specials for all outlets, and a good understanding of the wine list, with the ability to recommend wines in the absence of a sommelier.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • More than five years of experience in a similar hotel operations role with proven references.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must hold the right to work in the UK.
