About the Role

The Digital Sales and GTM team at Adobe EMEA ensures customers achieve success and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value through ARR growth and critical metric improvements. The team drives growth through optimized user journeys, promotional strategy, free customer trial experiences, add-on/up-sell, and customer retention. EMEA is Adobe’s largest international region, making it a priority for Adobe’s overall strategy. You will be at the forefront of Adobe’s mission to empower everyone to create, ensuring users achieve value across current and next-generation experiences on desktop, web, and mobile apps. You will build an end-to-end understanding of the customer experience and act on opportunities through in-quarter actions and multi-quarter roadmap planning. You'll be user-focused and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, and User Research to understand Adobe EMEA’s customer needs. Your role is to remove friction and challenge mental models to deliver significant improvements to the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the MAU & Retention RTB, using existing Adobe frameworks and creating new ones as needed.
  • Create and manage a framework for driving overall MAU, critical initiative MAU (GEN AI), across desktop, web & mobile apps; understand multi-surface usage drivers.
  • Build and own the analytical backbone for engagement and retention: define cohorts, instrument the member journey, and run funnel, retention-curve, churn, and LTV analyses end-to-end.
  • Build clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to leadership to gain support.
  • Diagnose the health of MAU for a given audience and product, with an eye towards a user’s initial use and engagement journey, in order to find opportunities and deliver value to customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Influence key Product decisions, especially pertaining to onboarding / MAU and retention, that deliver impact to your critical metrics.
  • Track performance on a weekly basis and dive deep into the root causes behind positive and negative variances.
  • Develop strategies to understand how users become successful with Adobe’s products and identify actions to increase engagement.
  • Increase opportunities for optimizing the membership value and explore global initiatives that could drive broader impact on deep engagement.

Requirements

  • +10 years commerce, software, management consulting, or business analytics experience.
  • Ideally Product Management experience with an emphasis on testing and responsibilities driving product roadmap decisions.
  • Multi-market / global scope: proven experience managing engagement or retention across multiple countries or a global member base.
  • Hands-on, technical data fluency is essential.
  • Comfort with a cloud data platform such as Databrick and BI/Experimentation tooling.
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills and an ability to quickly turn data into actions.
  • Experience creating and leading cross-functional initiatives built around driving data-informed hypotheses that will power improved user engagement and retention.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills with the desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner.
  • Strong teammate and great sense of humor!
