  • Lead product discovery, collaborating with UX and engineering to build prototypes, proofs of concept, and lean versions for testing.
  • Break down complex projects into smaller, high-value pieces for efficient engineering delivery.
  • Maintain a clear, forward-looking roadmap that prioritizes opportunities and manages cross-team dependencies.
  • Keep the roadmap flexible and insight-driven, seeking feedback from peers and product leaders.
  • Act as the primary advocate for your product, communicating roadmap updates, strategic goals, and successes to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to define success metrics and track platform health and customer impact.
  • Take full ownership of planning, executing, and delivering key initiatives within your area.
  • Identify customer pain points and translate them into enhanced user experiences through collaboration with UX, data, and engineering.
  • Maintain product documentation, monitor market trends, and support Senior or Group PMs with commercial agreements and external suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience running a dedicated product area, with a track record of taking ideas from discovery to launch and adoption.
  • Strong tactical mindset and comfort with agile methodologies for iterative value delivery.
  • Proficiency in discovery and experimentation, including working with UX and engineering to test assumptions and build MVPs.
  • Excellent data fluency and analytical skills, including defining metrics and analyzing user behavior and platform performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills for pitching strategy, explaining trade-offs, and articulating product value.
  • Experience managing busy stakeholder environments, building trust, and aligning teams around a shared vision.
  • Flexibility and focus to manage ambiguity, juggle competing priorities, and balance risk with business value.
  • Curiosity about the market, competitor movements, and the integration of business cases and ROI into product decisions.
  • A collaborative approach that bridges UX, data, and engineering, prioritizing the customer's real-world experience.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is advantageous.
