About the Role

ENB is seeking a capable and engaged Artistic Administrator to support the Artistic Director and Ballet Futures team. This role involves coordinating priorities, schedules, and workflows to underpin the Company’s artistic activity, ensuring the smooth operation of the Artistic Team through proactive administrative support, relationship management, and effective delivery of artistic and Ballet Futures programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the planning cycles, priorities, and workflows of the Artistic Team.
  • Familiarize yourself with artistic collaboration with other teams and departments.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the Artistic Director's key workstreams, strategic objectives, and professional relationships.
  • Support the effective delivery of the Company's artistic vision.
  • Develop a good understanding of the EA's workstreams and priorities, and provide cover in their absence.
  • Provide a comprehensive, proactive, and anticipatory administrative service.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and points of contact.
  • Provide professional service for meeting and greeting guest creatives and visitors.
  • Provide an effective administrative service to the Ballet Futures team, contributing to programme activities and events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing a first-rate administrative service to senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with complex diary management and supporting internal and external client groups.
  • Proven ability to exercise good judgment based on a thorough understanding of business priorities.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver accurate, high-quality written work, highlighting relevant information.
  • Ability to quickly process volume information, including names and relevant details, to support relationship building.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to ask for additional information as required.
