About the Role

As a Key Account Store Operations Specialist, you will be the voice of Too Good To Go for our most important key account partners across Germany. You will be part of the Key Account Growth Team, ensuring our partnerships flourish at the store level. Your role involves approximately 80% of your time spent on the phone, building relationships, solving problems, and engaging partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships at the store level through proactive calls and identify needs early.
  • Ensure long-term partner satisfaction with Too Good To Go.
  • Identify growth potential and conduct targeted calling campaigns to actively increase partner engagement.
  • Support the Key Account Field Sales team by preparing for and following up on appointments.
  • Assist in acquiring new locations by actively engaging store managers and inspiring them with the mission.
  • Use tools like Salesforce and Looker to identify performance weaknesses and resolve them through direct partner consultation.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop strategies for more efficient and scalable phone workflows.
  • Meticulously document phone calls in systems to ensure transparency and smooth team operations.

Requirements

  • Enjoy talking on the phone and building trust through voice.
  • Effectively overcome objections and motivate people.
  • Thrive in a high-volume calling environment and generate impact.
  • Communicate precisely and persuasively in German (fluent) and English (good knowledge).
  • Understand the language of store and branch managers.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Work confidently with Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce.
  • Use data as a basis for calls.
  • Be motivated by measurable goals (KPIs) and continuously improve partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Be a team player who collaborates effectively within and across teams.
  • Ideally, have an understanding of the retail grocery sector and the daily stresses of store operations.
