Responsibilities
- Ensure target achievement through strategic expansion of existing customer relationships and active acquisition of new customers in the sales territory.
- Proactive planning, implementation, and continuous development of all commercial activities for sustainable market penetration.
- Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with relevant stakeholders in healthcare, especially with medical professionals.
- Provide expert support during surgical procedures, assist with implantations and programming, and conduct training and follow-up measures in selected facilities.
- Provide qualified advice to doctors and medical staff on innovative therapy solutions, particularly in Neuromodulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), and Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD).
- Implement and adapt market development strategies and actively participate in product launches to ensure profitable growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal interfaces (e.g., Sales, Marketing), efficiently use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), manage order and billing processes, and continuously optimize customer-facing workflows.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or medical field (e.g., Medical Technology).
- Good anatomical knowledge and strong technical and medical affinity.
- Confident, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
- Structured, proactive work style with high flexibility, resilience, and sales orientation.
- Experience with CRM systems and relevant tools.
- High degree of teamwork and integrity.
- High willingness to travel (approx. 75%).
- Valid driver's license.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Full measles vaccination is a prerequisite for filling the open position due to a mandatory vaccination requirement for the establishment.
