Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies and initiatives aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping ensure change is effectively implemented, adopted, and embedded.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent development, leadership capability, culture, and performance.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform recommendations, and support effective decision-making.
- Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, improve team effectiveness, and drive positive employee outcomes.
- Collaborate with Employee Success Centres of Excellence and key stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful people solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR, People or Employee Success Business Partner within a complex, matrix organization.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver people priorities and support organizational change.
- Strong capability across organizational design, change management, talent, and employee experience.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive outcomes through collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using people data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology, SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment.
