  • Manage feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, ensuring effective reporting and compliance.
  • Manage estimating, cost planning, and valuations, presenting accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee contracts, claims, and completion processes, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor teams, embed continuous improvement, and champion net zero carbon transition across all delivery activities.

Requirements

  • Proven consulting experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Expertise in value engineering, sustainability, and stakeholder management within diverse teams.
