About the Role
Execute customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels. Support campaign planning, building, launching, and optimizing customer communications. Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels.
- Support the development of campaign briefs by defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, offers, timelines, and channel requirements.
- Write, edit, and optimize customer-facing marketing copy across multiple CRM channels.
- Build, QA, schedule, and deploy campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Execute both one-time campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, abandoned application, and cross-sell programs.
- Configure audience segmentation, personalization rules, and campaign targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support A/B testing initiatives across subject lines, messaging, creative, audiences, offers, and send times.
- Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign calendars, production schedules, and documentation while ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns.
- Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform.
- Experience performing campaign QA with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills and experience writing customer-facing marketing copy.
- Experience executing CRM, email, lifecycle, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to create engaging customer-facing content.
- Experience building, QAing, scheduling, and deploying campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to campaign quality and accuracy.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving campaign performance.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, marketing strategies, and best practices.
