About the Role
PTSG ES specializes in fixed wire test & inspection (EICR's) of commercial and industrial premises. This role is crucial for ensuring electrical safety in various environments like schools, hospitals, and office blocks. Responsibilities
- Running full-scale inspections and tests on commercial and industrial fixed wiring and switchgear.
- Compiling EICRs that matter.
- Identifying and logging issues, and communicating necessary repairs clearly.
- Utilizing testing gear and reporting software efficiently.
- Adapting to daily site challenges and working independently.
- Staying updated on EICR standards including BS 7671, IET wiring regs, and City & Guilds credentials.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of similar experience in Test & Inspect, remedial repairs, or compliance-heavy work.
- City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- 18th Edition certificate.
- A full UK driving licence.
