About the Role
We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic
- Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders
- Make product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey
- Support with maintaining physical and electronic records
- Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions
- Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community
- Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Comfortable recommending products and services to clients
- Comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community
- Works well with others and appreciates what can be accomplished with support from colleagues
- Willingness to participate in some local travel
- Access to a car and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiatives
