About the Role
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be a central pillar for your team, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of our workflows. You will efficiently process customer inquiries, ensure the highest data quality, and thereby create the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. Your commitment will help make the daily work of healthcare professionals easier, giving them more time for what truly matters: providing the best possible care for their patients.
Responsibilities
- Support your team operationally by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through the execution of standardized processes in managing your customer portfolio.
- Evaluate and forward customer inquiries by reviewing incoming requests, coordinating their handover within the team, and ensuring efficient processing.
- Ensure high data quality by maintaining and updating relevant customer data and documenting customer interactions and important information in a structured manner.
- Set up and optimize product settings by configuring and improving settings in Doctolib to optimize usage for your customers.
- Accompany customers through all phases of collaboration, assisting with contract closures, terminations, and organizational matters such as license transfers.
- Work closely with your team to implement operational priorities and contribute to goals such as customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Requirements
- First professional experience, e.g., as a working student in Customer Success, customer service, internal sales, or in comparable operational roles as a career changer.
- Organizational talent: structured, able to maintain an overview of many parallel tasks, and prioritize intelligently.
- Independent and solution-oriented work style: tackle tasks independently, think in solutions rather than problems, and be a true team player.
- Eye for detail: value data quality and clean documentation; accuracy is a given.
- Strong communication and service orientation: communicate confidently and customer-centrically via email, phone, or internal chat.
- Language skills: Fluent German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2) for professional customer conversations and international collaboration.
