About the Role
The Technical Staff supports project teams with design development and construction documentation, integrating project goals into the design process. This pre-licensed position is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience, offering mentorship and development opportunities within architectural projects.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project teams to understand and integrate project stories, guiding principles, and design intent.
- Assist in developing drawings and renderings for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
- Produce architectural drawings using Revit and other software tools.
- Work collaboratively with all architectural disciplines to deliver high-quality project documents.
- Adhere to Pfluger’s standards for drawing documentation and quality.
- Conduct research on building codes, zoning laws, site requirements, and materials.
- Attend project meetings and provide administrative support.
- Assist with requests for information (RFIs) and architect’s supplemental instructions (ASIs).
- Support the selection and documentation of materials for project specifications.
- Assist in construction administration tasks, including site visits and field reports.
- Actively participate in the Professional Advancement & Study Support (PASS) program and complete AXP hours for licensure.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and professional development.
