About the Role

As a working student in Technical Support, you will be the interface between the Doctolib platform and the German healthcare IT landscape. You will support customers with technical challenges and actively contribute to ensuring Doctolib is seamlessly integrated into customer infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Solve technical problems related to products, interface architecture, and APIs.
  • Support new customers in managing and analyzing errors of Doctolib solutions during product onboarding.
  • Assist the team and team leadership with administrative processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Actively participate in internal process optimization projects and support the documentation and preparation of learning content for the team.
  • Gain insight into building a Customer Care organization and understand the customer journey in the SaaS environment.
  • Analyze processes and acquire in-depth knowledge of ticket processing in Jira and Salesforce.
  • Understand how to resolve technical IT issues using specialized tools and ensure long-term customer satisfaction, involving SQL, network traffic analysis, and various system architectures.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time at a university in an engineering/IT focused degree program.
  • Enjoy administrative tasks, work in a solution- and detail-oriented manner, and possess strong technical affinity with initial experience in IT infrastructures.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both IT experts and non-technical individuals.
  • Interest in digitalization, particularly in healthcare, and a communicative approach for customer interaction.
  • Very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).
  • Previous experience in technical customer support is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company or the healthcare sector is a plus.
