About the Role
The Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) area is a key Business Unit within CACI’s Information Intelligence Group (IIG). We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to deepen relationships with key customer stakeholders and expand into new areas, supporting CACI's growth within the UK Critical National Infrastructure sector.
Responsibilities
- Ownership and management of client relationships outside of delivery projects within a defined customer area.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Sharing business intelligence about client initiatives and industry trends with the CNI Team.
- Identifying and proactively shaping new business opportunities with key clients.
- Working closely with Resourcing and Talent Acquisition teams to identify required resources.
- Maintaining and accurately forecasting future work and pipeline for the customer area.
- Leading and managing bids, working with SMEs to formulate successful proposals.
- Acting as an escalation point for CNI Delivery Leads for issues arising within existing projects and customers.
Requirements
- Relevant Public Sector, Critical National Infrastructure sector, or technical consultancy experience.
- Transferable delivery-focused skills enabling management of responsibilities with appropriate support.
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
- Must be a British passport holder.
- Must have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
