About the Role
As a Health Coach at BBQ - Baumann Bildung und Qualifizierung GmbH, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their journey into the job market. You will provide comprehensive health counseling, coaching, and facilitate access to regional health services, making a real difference in participants' lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive health counseling on topics such as stress management, resilience, and nutrition.
- Research and connect clients with regional health services.
- Develop health competencies and assist clients in applying for external support.
- Maintain active contact with job centers and employment agencies.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team of medical and psychological experts.
- Moderate case discussions.
- Document consultations, track coaching progress, and create final reports.
- Oversee internal health consulting for colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of health-related topics within the company.
Requirements
- Completed studies in healthcare/nursing (e.g., Corporate Health Management) and/or completed training as a specialist in healthcare, medical assistant, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, remedial teacher, or healthcare administrator.
- Minimum of one year of experience in consulting, preferably with the target group.
- Possession of a trainer aptitude test or coaching training/further education is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and MS Teams.
- Knowledge in rehabilitation, prevention, severely disabled support, and participation services.
- Familiarity with social law (SGB) is desirable.
- Existing contacts with regional health and rehabilitation facilities are advantageous.
- Secure German language skills at C1 level.
