About the Role
ADE Education UK is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our London-based HR team. This role ensures the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations, providing key support to the HR Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries.
- Provide essential administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and pre-employment checks.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collating and checking HR data.
- Coordinate benefits administration and liaise with external providers.
- Support policy compliance, HR reporting, and internal audits.
- Assist in delivering induction sessions, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within a professional or education environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in IT systems and HR databases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
Skills
- HRIS (desirable)
- Knowledge of employment law (a plus)
- Knowledge of HR policies (a plus)
