Responsibilities

• Review and create risk assessments and support root cause analysis of non-conformities and CAPAs.
• Assist other departments in GMP-compliant creation/processing of non-conformities and CAPAs to achieve quality metrics.
• Serve as the primary QA contact for employees in assigned departments.
• Support inspections by regulatory authorities/notified bodies and audits, representing the area of responsibility.
• Conduct process oversight.
• Create continuous improvement plans for GxP processes at the site.
• Participate in continuous process improvement (quality management processes).

Requirements

• Completed degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Strong process analytical and quality-oriented thinking.
• High sense of responsibility coupled with strong self-motivation.
• Excellent coordination skills, systematic and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, high team orientation, and cross-departmental thinking.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good PC application skills.
