About the Role

As part of the Product Management team, you will shape the further development of RIB Finance, our ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will act as the interface between customers, consulting, and development, contributing your financial and ERP expertise to optimize integrated business processes and create real added value for the construction and real estate industry. You will work in an international team with significant scope for design and direct influence on product development.

Responsibilities

Shaping and continuously optimizing integrated financial processes, from financial accounting to cost and asset accounting and payment transactions.
Analyzing, evaluating, and translating customer and project requirements into future-proof product solutions.
Providing technical guidance and consulting as a central interface between development, consulting, support, and other stakeholders.
Conceiving, testing, and ensuring the quality of new functions, and actively supporting product releases.
Creating technical concepts and documentation, and conducting training for internal teams and customers.
Supporting customer projects and addressing technical questions regarding financial processes and ERP solutions.
Actively contributing to the further development of RIB Finance with the goal of creating efficient and practical solutions for the construction and real estate industry.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
Several years of practical experience in finance and accounting or controlling, ideally in the construction or project environment.
Sound knowledge of financial accounting and a good understanding of business contexts and legal accounting requirements (e.g., HGB).
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
Very good German (C1) and good English skills (C1), as well as strong communication skills.
Analytical thinking and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical software solutions.
Enthusiasm for digital solutions, new technologies, and the continuous optimization of business processes.
Strong team and communication skills, as well as confident stakeholder management.
Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high quality standard.
Ideally, knowledge of other RIB solutions such as RIB iTWO or RIB 4.0, or comparable software for the construction and real estate industry.
