About the Role
Join Tokio Marine Kiln's Distribution team as a Distribution Market Analyst to drive data-led decision making. You will deliver market insight, broker analysis, and reporting to support strategic growth, working closely with underwriting, distribution, and data teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Produce monthly management information and identify key business insights.
- Analyze market, broker, and competitor data to support distribution strategy.
- Manage market sizing and share-of-wallet analysis.
- Support data migration and integration projects, including Snowflake-based reporting.
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from underwriting and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
