About the Role

As BDR Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for the professional development of Business Development Representatives, focusing on their ramp-up, learning, and success in generating pipeline. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about coaching, program development, and driving sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver onboarding for new BDRs, including role plays, certifications, and product demos.
  • Maintain current training on sales methodologies, cold calling, and objection handling.
  • Provide regular call coaching, feedback, and skills assessments.
  • Run workshops on advanced sales skills and product positioning.
  • Create and maintain enablement content such as playbooks, scripts, objection guides, and demo frameworks.
  • Audit programs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Partner with BDR managers, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to align enablement with GTM goals.
  • Translate product updates and campaigns into BDR-ready resources.
  • Track enablement impact, including ramp time, productivity, and program adoption.
  • Use data to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions.

Requirements

  • Experience in BDR/SDR enablement, sales management, or as a senior BDR/SDR, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding/training programs.
  • Strong understanding of BDR workflows, sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.), and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure and improve enablement effectiveness.
  • Technical acumen in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with pipeline metrics and sales process optimization.
  • Successful completion of applicable background checks.
